05 Sea Freight

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order is one full 20-foot container — approximately 400 mund or 16 metric tons of wheat straw. For specialty products, minimum quantities vary. Contact us to discuss your volume requirements.

Which GCC countries do you export to?

We currently serve Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Qatar is our primary market. We have established import infrastructure in Qatar through Al Burak Trading Doha.

How long does delivery take from order to farm?

From order confirmation to farm delivery in Qatar: approximately 3–4 weeks. This includes 1–2 weeks batch preparation in Pakistan, 7–10 days sea freight to Doha, and 3–5 days customs clearance and local delivery. We provide updates at each stage.

What export documentation do you provide?

Full export documentation is included: Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List — all prepared in compliance with GCC import requirements.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are discussed with each buyer individually. Common arrangements include advance payment and Letter of Credit. Established long-term buyers may qualify for alternative arrangements. Contact us to discuss.

Can you guarantee supply year-round?

Wheat straw is harvested March–July across Pakistan’s five agricultural regions. We procure and store during the harvest window to supply year-round. Long-term buyers are offered advance reservation to lock in supply ahead of the following season.
